Midtown @ Toco Hills has been my dependable Service location to go to for all my automotive needs for many years. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. They give me honest information and opinions and individualize their services to my needs and time schedule. The work is dependable and they don't try to sell anything not needed. Recently, I purchased a set of tires. While out of town I drove off paved roads and over something that flattened a tire, which had to be replaced. Upon my return to Atlanta, MIDTOWN MAILED ME A CHECK FOR THE FULL COST! How's that for GUARANTEED SATISFACTION? Not only did Kevin Raver diagnosed the problem, but the repair work was done within a matter of two hours in a professional manner. He explained the problem, the recommended fix, and the cost. When picking up the Explorer, he showed us what was done under the hood. When paying, he noticed I am a veteran and provided a discount! Kevin was courteous, friendly and very professional. Kim was a life saver. She really helped me when my battery died on a very hot September day with my 98 year-old-father in the car after we finished lunch at the local IHOP. We were able to get over to Midtown due to the kindness of a stranger who gave us a jump in the parking lot. When we got to Midtown, Kim could see my concern, reassured us, and took care of us right away. After diagnosing the problem, in addition to the battery, she also let me know that the '98 Lincoln needed a new alternator. Her technician put in a new battery, and she ordered the alternator for installation in a few days. That was also done. I am so grateful to Kim, her staff, and the service they provided. It was a great customer experience and my first time at Midtown. I will be back!
