I was there yesterday and had a wonderful experience! They had a grill and were cooking out. They were very kind to share their food with me. I have always been treated well at this location and have been a customer for years.

My note to the store manager: For the past several years, I have taken my car to Midtown tire, as well as some of the Atlanta area dealerships, for service. My experience at Midtown tire has always been excellent. Everyone there has always been exceedingly honest, helpful, and friendly. I work in the medical field, where I have to remember to explain problems in simple terms. That is exactly what everyone at Midtown tire does - they explain the problem so that the customer understands what is going on. From now on, I will only be bringing my Honda Accord to Midtown tire. You all have earned my trust and my business. Thank you for providing outstanding service!

The absolute best service I have ever received from a repair shop. Steve, Wes, and the entire crew are very professional and definitely went the extra mile to assist in my repair. Staying after closing hours to get it done was extremely impressive and admirable to show that type of customer service. They definitely have a customer for life out of me.

I have been taking both my cars to this location for over 2 years. They have always been fair and upfront with me. THe customers service provided by everyone from Wes to the mechanics is great. They are always willing to go the extra mile. They will continue to be our mechanics as long as we live in the area. Ryan

The Midtown Team are customer service driven - they aim to please! They perform a very detailed inspection of the vehicle while getting an oil change. The waiting room is nice as are all of the associates.
